Policies and Rental Procedures
Everything You Need to Know
Booking Requirements: Every guest must provide their contact information in order to finalize booking and receive your invoice.
Deposits: The deposit equal to a 1 hour rental ($150) is due at time of booking. This deposit will be subtracted from your total balance due.
Damaged Property: If any damage is done to any form of property within the facility, the guest that signed the rental agreement is responsible for the full replacement of the property. That may vary based on the replacement item.Tables,Chairs, Lights, Light Fixtures, Doors, Door Handles, Mirrors, Sinks, Couches, Floors,Television, Bar, Bar Stools, and Windows.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due (14 days) prior to your event as long as the event is scheduled out beyond a 30-day timeframe. You will receive a contract via email and upon signing your contract, you must pay your full balance due within the allotted timeframe. This means your full balance needs to be at a zero balance in order to fully meet the requirements of your contract.
If you booking less than 14 days in advance, the full balance is due at the time of signing the contract. You must sign the contract within 48 hours to confirm your booking is finalized. You will receive an email notification with your contract on the same-day of booking your event.
Credit Card Policy: The guest who signs the rental agreement must have a valid credit card in their name which matches the signed rental agreement or contract. Your contract will NOT be accepted without proper identification.
WiFi: There is an additional $20 fee for usage of the WiFi.
Smoking Policy: There is absolutely No Smoking within the facility of any kind unless you purchase a hookah rental from our facility. There is $250 fee if there is evidence of smoking of any kind within the facility.
Cleaning Policy: Venue must be completely clean of trash and debris, swept and mopped. All trash must be put in dumpster in rear. There is a $250 fine for any unbroken rules.
Guest Exceeding Rental Agreement Time: If any guest runs over by any additional time other than agreed upon for rental time, the guest will be responsible for an automatic charge of $200 per hour or $50 per every 15 minute increment.
Miscellaneous Policy: All tables must be covered with some form of a tablecloth.
Contract Policy: All contracts must be signed within 48 hours of paying the initial deposit. Failure to sign your contract will result in a forfeiture of your deposit and booking confirmation.
Age Restrictions: Any guests that chooses to book an event that includes alcoholic beverages being served at the event MUST be at least 21 years of age to sign and finalize a contract.
Proof of Age is required.
Failure to meet the requirements prior to your event will result in a cancellation of your event and No refund is permitted.
Can I come in early to set up?
Yes, 1 hour before your event.
Does the deposit go toward the actual booking cost?
Yes. Your deposit is deducted from the full balance due.
Are deposits refundable for cancellations? Are you able to reschedule your event?
No. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations. You are only able to reschedule your event if you give more than a 48 hour notice. There are no exceptions.
You will be given 60 days from the date you cancel to reschedule your event (1) additional booking date. Failure to submit your date within a timely manner will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
